Full Description

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, cash forecasting, purchasing and main store

Key Responsibilities

  • o Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • o Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • o Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • o Sourcing for new suppliers
  • o Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • o Assign work to subordinates to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • o Meet financial accounting objectives
  • o Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM and working experience 5 years
