Full Description
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, cash forecasting, purchasing and main store
Key Responsibilities
- o Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- o Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- o Coordinate and complete annual audits
- o Sourcing for new suppliers
- o Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- o Assign work to subordinates to ensure compliance and accuracy
- o Meet financial accounting objectives
- o Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Requirements
- •Minimum SPM and working experience 5 years
